Colin has spent his career in financial services, principally at Close Brothers where he worked for 24 years. 

He held a number of senior management and board positions and was Chief Executive Officer from 2002 and 2009.

Since leaving Close Brothers, he has held several non-executive directorships in a wide range of sectors, including the London listed retail bank Virgin Money and the FTSE 100 insurance company, Hiscox Limited.
